Mr. Chen Tianqiao aged 36, has been our independent non-executive director since May 2008. Mr. Chen is one of the co-founders of Shanghai Shanda Networking Co., Ltd and has served as its Chairman of the board of directors and its Chief Executive Officer since December 1999.  He has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NASDAQ- listed Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited since 2003, and has been a director of Hurray! Holding Co., Ltd and Shanda Games Limited since July 2009 and September 2009 respectively. Prior to  establishing Shanghai Shanda Networking Co., Ltd, Mr. Chen served as the vice director of the office of the president of Kinghing Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. from 1998 to 1999. From 1994 to 1998, he served in various management positions with Shanghai Lujiazui Group. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fudan University.

Mr. Chen currently holds directorships in the following publicly listed companies: Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited (NASDAQ), Hurray! Holding Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ) and Shanda Games Limited (NASDAQ).
